Shipping & Delivery Information
Dispatch Times:
We dispatch plug plants and perennials in line with the despatch date shown on each product or product category. Autumn plug plants are typically dispatched from late August to October. Spring plants are dispatched from March to May.
Delivery Method:
All orders are sent using Royal Mail or a tracked courier service depending on size and weight. You will receive a dispatch email with tracking information if applicable.
Delivery Times:
Orders typically arrive within 3–5 working days from the dispatch date. Please allow extra time during peak seasons or in cases of postal delays.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
Packaging:
All plants are carefully packed to ensure they reach you in good condition. In hot weather, we may delay dispatch to protect plant health.
Delivery Area:
We currently ship to UK addresses only. If you’re outside the UK, please contact us before ordering.
